ARLINGTON, Texas – For the fifth straight year, the Cotton Bowl Athletic Association celebrated Juneteenth by serving as volunteers for an event that gives back to the North Texas community.
This year, the CBAA staff served as volunteers for the 2026
Juneteenth Golf Classic at The Golf Club of Dallas. The seventh-year event presented by the Dallas Mavericks and held at Texas's only Black-owned golf course focuses on community uplift in North Texas by encouraging entrepreneurship and promoting Black-owned businesses through golf.
