The Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic Art Contest has been a treasured part of the bowl experience for three decades.
The 27th Cotton Bowl Classic Art Contest Presented by Amazon returns this fall in conjunction with the 2025 College Football Playoff Quarterfinal at the 90th Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic.

The 26th Cotton Bowl Classic Art Contest Presented by Amazon enjoyed another banner year in 2024-25 with 10,910 entries and $75,000 distributed to support art teachers and programs across North Texas. Amazon was back as presenting sponsor the second straight year and, with dollars from Amazon, the Cotton Bowl Foundation and College Football Playoff Foundation, $500 grants were distributed to art teachers and educators in 164 schools across 25 school districts for art supplies, art-centric programs and experiences for elementary students.Â
Each year, the students' submissions are laminated and distributed as gifts to the participating teams and used as placemats at selected Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic events and activities during bowl week. The first, second and third-place winners per category have their artwork proudly displayed at their respective schools and AT&T Stadium inside the Cotton Bowl Athletic Association office throughout the year.
