Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic Hosts Ewing Automotive Group Classic Keynote at George W. Bush Presidential Center

DALLAS – A classic evening with a presidential backdrop.
 
The Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic hosted the Ewing Automotive Group Classic Keynote on Sept. 18 at the George W. Bush Presidential Center on the campus of Southern Methodist University.
 
Headlined by NCAA President Charlie Baker and former Alabama Football Head Coach Nick Saban with ESPN's Heather Dinich serving as the moderator and the Voice of the Classic and Dallas Cowboys Brad Sham as the master of ceremonies, the exclusive VIP event featured a panel discussion delving into the hot topics affecting college football and college athletics. The panel was wrapped by an opportunity for networking among civic dignitaries and sports leaders trailblazers and innovators to celebrate the convergence of community, family and the future of college football.
 
A myriad of trophies representing college football were on display, including the Classic's Field Scovell, College Football Playoff National Championship, Heisman (loaned by University of Pittsburgh legend Tony Dorsett), Lombardi (loaned by Texas A&M University standout Dat Nguyen), Doak Walker Award, Davey O'Brien National Quarterback Award, Outland and Stallings Award.
 
This destination event, created by the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic in collaboration with Tony Fay Public Relations, was designed to amplify the start of the 2024-25 college football season and the Classic hosting a 2025 College Football Playoff Semifinal at the 89th Classic on Friday, Jan. 10 at AT&T Stadium.
