Tiffany Rauschkolb joined the Cotton Bowl Athletic Association staff as Director of Ticket Operations in October 2021.
In her role, Rauschkolb works on the overall ticket operations for the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic, focusing on the system and reporting management and software architecture of the SeatGeek platform, serving as a liaison for participating institutions with their ticketing and parking needs, assisting with supervision of seasonal and game day staff and aiding with customer inquiries and the digital marketing and communications efforts with season-ticket holders throughout the year. The 2025 College Football Playoff Quarterfinal at the 90th Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic is set to be her fifth as a member of the CBAA staff.
She completed the Sports Management Institute (SMI) Executive Program in 2025.
Rauschkolb came to the CBAA office after working with the Dallas Cowboys for more than 13 years as an Event Specialist in the franchise's ticket operations department. In that role, she was a key contributor in the ticketing operations for numerous Classics and college football games at AT&T Stadium. Her extensive experience in ticketing operations also includes nearly two years at the American Airlines Center as a Premium Ticketing Manager and just over one year as Assistant Director, Ticketing Operations for the New Orleans/Oklahoma City Hornets (now New Orleans Pelicans). Rauschkolb got her start as Coordinator of Event Operations in the athletics department at her alma mater, Southeastern Louisiana University.
The Marrero, La., native earned two degrees from Southeastern – Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology, Athletic Training and Master of Arts in Kinesiology, Health Studies Education. She twice interned for the Walt Disney Company during her undergraduate and graduate days on the Hammond, La. campus.Â
Rauschkolb resides in Dallas.
