Amy Scott has been a part of the Cotton Bowl Athletic Association staff since 2006, first as an intern and then in a full-time role working in ticket sales and service before being named Vice President of Ticket Sales & Services in May 2013 and promoted to Chief of Staff in March 2024. 
 
In her role, Scott has executive responsibilities working with the CBAA Board of Directors and Council and other internal strategic duties along with leading the ticket sales execution and fulfillment efforts for season-ticket holders, sponsors, participating institutions and VIPs for the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic and a leadership role in planning special events throughout the year. She also has oversight of the annual Cotton Bowl Classic Art Contest, one of the charitable endeavors under the Cotton Bowl Foundation umbrella, as well as assists with the media operations for the regular-season college football games held at AT&T Stadium. The 2025 College Football Playoff Quarterfinal at the 90th Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic is set to be her 20th Classic to work as a member of the CBAA staff.
 
Scott completed the Sports Management Institute (SMI) Executive Program in 2016.
 
Prior to joining the Cotton Bowl staff, Scott worked in the athletics department at Texas Tech University for two years as an Assistant Media Relations Coordinator, while earning her master’s degree in Sports and Media from the College of Media and Communication in 2007. The Llano, Texas, native obtained her bachelor's degree in public relations from Texas Tech in 2005.
 
Scott and her husband Landry live in the Dallas area with their two children, son Mason and daughter Harper.
