Allie Dye joined the Cotton Bowl Athletic Association staff as Event Coordinator in July 2019, moved into a Special Events Manager role in May 2021 and was tabbed with her title of Director of Events & Experiences in March 2024.

In her role, Dye assists with the production and execution of the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic’s hospitality and events for participating teams, VIPs and media, which includes assisting with the buildout, editing and designing of communications and promotional materials and coordinating onsite activations. She helps oversee one of the hospitality areas for the participating institutions during bowl week and works closely with the staff on operational duties on game day. Dye also manages the annual Cotton Bowl Classic Art Contest, one of the charitable endeavors under the Cotton Bowl Foundation umbrella. In addition, Dye assists with stadium and game operations for all in-season college football games held at AT&T Stadium. The 2025 College Football Playoff Quarterfinal at the 90th Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic is set to be her 11th Classic to work and seventh as a member of the CBAA staff.
A member of the American Marketing Association and Collegiate Entrepreneurs’ Organization, Dye graduated from Abilene Christian University in just three years with a bachelor's degree in marketing in 2019. During her time in Abilene, the Dallas native worked for the Classic during bowl week as part of the hospitality and event operations team.Â
