Using a desktop computer:
STEP 1:
CLICK HERE to log into your Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic Account Manager using the old email address you want to change.
STEP 2:
Click on the circular icon at the top right of your screen and a dropdown menu will appear.
STEP 3:
Click "BACK TO SEATGEEK".
STEP 4:
Click the circular icon again at the top right of your screen and then "MY ACCOUNT".
STEP 5:
Click "PERSONAL INFO".
STEP 6:
Click “EDIT” next to your email address. Update your email and click “SAVE”. This will now update your SeatGeek email address ONLY. NOTE: This will NOT update the email used by the Cotton Bowl Classic to send you exclusive Cotton Bowl Athletic Association news and offers.
1. CLICK HERE to change the email address related to your Cotton Bowl Classic tickets.
2. Click on the circular icon at the top right of your screen and a dropdown menu will appear.
3. Click Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic with "MANAGE ACCOUNT" then click "PROFILE".
4. Update your email address, shipping address, and/or phone number and then select “SAVE” or “SUBMIT”. As a reminder, any updates made here also update the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic database. Any changes made here impact where you receive special offers and event information.
