Michael Konradi has been a member of the Cotton Bowl Athletic Association staff since May 2001, joining as Director of Marketing and Communications. He was in promoted to Vice President of External Affairs in May 2006 and Chief Marketing Officer in May 2014.
 
In his role, Konradi oversees the marketing and communications areas working closely with the President/Chief Executive Officer on the overall direction of the CBAA, Cotton Bowl Foundation and Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic. He is the main point of contact for the corporate sponsorship program, leading all aspects of cultivation, activation and fulfillment. Konradi serves as the primary liaison to the CBAA Council and assists in the management of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. He also serves as the primary liaison with ESPN, the Classic’s broadcast partner. He also plays an active role in the leadership of the communications strategy and media operations for the Classic and in-season college football games held at AT&T Stadium. The 2025 College Football Playoff Quarterfinal at the 90th Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic is set to be his 26th Classic to work and 25th as a member of the CBAA staff.
 
A current member of the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA), Konradi completed the Sports Management Institute (SMI) Executive Program in 2018. He was part of the inaugural Football Bowl Association Leadership Symposium in 2019. He is currently on the Advisory Committee of the Dallas Influencers In Sports and Entertainment (DISE) and the Board of Directors of Catch Up & Read. He also serves as a member of the Arlington Sports Commission.
 
Before joining the Cotton Bowl staff, Konradi worked at Big 12 Conference office as an Assistant Media Relations Director from 1999-2001 and was a sportswriter for the Bryan/College Station Eagle prior to joining the Big 12.
 
Konradi graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism in 1999. During his time in College Station, the Dallas native worked various high school, college and professional sporting events.
 
Konradi and his wife Wendy live in his hometown with their two children, Camden and Carrigan.
