Deneldric Hudgens rejoined the Cotton Bowl Athletic Association staff as Operations Coordinator in September 2023 after serving as a CBAA Fred McClure Intern during 2022-23 academic year.

In his role, Hudgens plays a vital role in the planning and execution in several operational areas of the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic and regular-season college football games played at AT&T Stadium including stadium/game management, ticketing, credentialing, media and general office operations. He also assists with ancillary events, hospitality and pageantry operations around the Classic as well as Cotton Bowl Foundation and community service events and initiatives. The 2025 College Football Playoff Quarterfinal at the 90th Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic is set to be his eighth Classic to work and fourth as a member of the CBAA staff.

No stranger to the CBAA, Hudgens served as a seasonal ticket operations assistant for four Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classics (2018-21). He was the third person to serve as a CBAA Fred McClure Intern, working on the staff for the 87th Classic during 2022-23 academic year. In his seasonal ticket operations role, Hudgens provided high-level customer service to season-ticket and package/suite holders, ADA guests, media representatives and professional football scouts. As a CBAA Fred McClure Intern, he was involved in day-to-day operations of the CBAA office and assisted in various operational aspects, events and initiatives around the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic and Cotton Bowl Foundation.

Hudgens' experience also includes a two-year stint in ticketing office with the Texas Rangers Baseball Club and serving in intern roles with the Crowley Football Association and at his alma mater, Midwestern State University.

The Copperas Cove, Texas, native earned two degrees from Midwestern State – Bachelor of Arts in Sports and Leisure Studies in 2015 and Master of Education specializing in Sports Administration in 2017 – and was a four-year letterwinner on the Mustangs' football team.
