Manage Your Tickets

STEP ONE:

Download the official Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic Mobile App, available for download on iOS and Android devices, or the SeatGeek app.

STEP TWO:

Open the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic App, tap ‘Continue’. Select the ‘Tickets’ icon at the bottom of your home screen then tap ‘Manage My Tickets’ to be directed to the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic Account Manager log in screen. You may also select the menu bar icon at the top left of the home screen then tap ‘Ticket Account Manager’ to be instantly directed to the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic Account Manager log in screen.

STEP THREE:

Log in to your Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic Account Manager. Tap the ‘Use password instead’ button then add the email and password combination associated with your Cotton Bowl Classic ticket account.
Please note, if you have forgotten your password, you may choose ‘Instantly log in with Email’. Enter the email associated with your ticket account and click the button. A temporary verification code will instantly be sent to your inbox from SeatGeek. Copy the 6-digit code from your inbox and enter it into the field located on the log in screen, then select ‘Confirm’ to continue your log in process.

STEP FOUR:

Tap the event image to manage your tickets and parking. Seat locations, as well as parking passes, within your account will be displayed. The quantity of tickets in each seat block will also be indicated. To view your QR Code, tap on a seat block then swipe left to view all tickets within that seat block. Please note, parking passes are displayed under the ‘Passes’ header. Tap on the parking pass to view the QR Code.

STEP FIVE:

To access your mobile tickets for game day, tap on the event ticket or parking pass to view the QR Code. On game day, swipe left to present each ticket’s QR Code to the ticket scanners and enjoy the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic.

As a reminder, print-at-home tickets and self-created QR codes are NOT valid for the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic. All mobile/e-tickets are only valid when scanned on an internet enabled device. By use of event tickets, you accept AT&T Stadium Ticket Terms.
