At the conclusion of the parade, pep rallies are planned featuring marching bands and spirit groups of the AT&T Cotton Bowl's two participating universities representing the Big 12 Conference and the Southeastern Conference. On the afternoon of December 31st, join us in Downtown Dallas for the AT&T New Year's Parade. This Sunday afternoon parade steps off at 3 p.m. in the shadow of the Dallas Museum of Art and will showcase approximately 20 marching units from high schools across the United States, as well as both university bands.
